Administration and Data Quality Team

 

The admin team works with the GPs behind the scenes in order to keep all work streamlined. We bring letters to the attention of the GP for action, we code letters from other healthcare professionals and services, we send out invites to chronic disease annual reviews and other things which may be due for a patient, we deal with letter requests and medicals, we answer many patients queries, we take and deal with all medical certificate requests and much, much more.  As you can appreciate this is a very demanding and difficult job, so please be bear with them and be a patient, patient.
