Pharmacies are unable to order repeat prescriptions on behalf of patients. You will need to utilise one of the other options listed here.

Some pharmacies can deliver your medications to you. Please contact the pharmacy of your choice for more information if you wish to use this service.

Locate your local pharmacy

We are working alongside community pharmacies that will no longer be able to order on your behalf, any requests made from the chemists, we will contact you and explain that chemists can not order on their behalf, we will also inform the chemist of this as well. However, you can still collect your medication from your nominated pharmacy and they will still be able to deliver your medication to you if you have signed to their service. For more information please contact one of the reception team.

The simplest and quickest way to order your repeat medication is by using our online services which link directly to your prescription record at the Practice.

You can order in person by returning the right-hand half of a previous prescription for the required medications.

Alternatively you can submit a handwritten request. You may also write out an order for someone else, providing you include the patient’s name and date of birth and requested medication.

You can post your prescription slip or written request to us at the Practice

You must include a stamped addressed envelope for return by post if you will not be able to pick up your prescription from the Surgery. Please allow at least seven days if requesting your medication by post.
