We provide care and support to Rossendale residents in a care home environment. We have knowledge and skills that allow us to work in the clinical and management side of a home. We are prescribers so are able to alter or add medications where we see fit. We deal with lots of palliative patients nearing the end of their lives. We liaise with the local GP practices closely. We love our role in the community and work with some brilliant care homes.
