• Providing brief psychological interventions through 4 one-to-one sessions of 45mins plus 1 follow up session 4-6 weeks later.
• Providing 8 week Improving Mental Health courses at Stubbylee Community Greenhouses.  
• Supporting emotional wellbeing through teaching psychological approaches and skills to promote good mental health.

My service is accessed through referral from one of our clinicians; GPs, PA’s, nurses, physios, mental health practitioner etc.
