Patient Access gives you remote access to your GP, pharmacy and health records
Take Control of your Healthcare
Patient Access connects you to local health services when you need them most. Book GP appointments, order repeat prescriptions and discover local health services for you or your family via your mobile or home computer.
Register in three easy steps
- Step 1: Bring two forms of identity one of which MUST be photographic identity. You must be 16 or over and apply in person, third party requests will be refused. Ask at reception for a personal registration letter. This provides all the information you need to register to use the EMIS Access facilities.
- Step 2: Go to the Patient Access website. Follow the instructions on their web site to create your account. Important (You must "Register an account and password" online before you can log in)
- Step 3: Enter your personal registration details exactly as they appear on the registration letter. If the information does not match, your registration will not be accepted.
You are now ready to get started
The practice reserves the right to refuse access to any patient without reason. Abuse of the system will result in online services being withdrawn for that patient.
