Pauline began her General Practice career 30 years ago as a Receptionist before moving into a Prescription Clerk role, then going onto be Practice Manager at Stacksteads, before then merging with the surgery in Bacup. During this time, Pauline has always held a passion for training and developing clinical and non-clinical staff and is now currently the joint lead of Pennine Training Hub.
Over the years Pauline has worked closely with the PCT, CCG and now the ICB in developing services which are the best for the community.
Well done for all your hard work Pauline!
